Ingredients
- 4 large iceberg lettuce leaves
- 4 slices roast turkey or chicken breast thinly sliced
- 2 carrots
- 200 g hummus

Instructions
- Grate the carrot and mix it with the hummus.
- Take a lettuce leaf and lay it flat. Top with a slice of chicken.
- Spread a quarter of the carrot and hummus mixture on top of the chicken.
- Tuck in the sides of the lettuce leaf and roll up into a wrap. Leave whole, cut in half, or into small 'pinwheel' shapes as shown in the photo.
