iceberg lettuce leaves

roast turkey or chicken breast
thinly sliced

hummus
Instructions
Grate the carrot and mix it with the hummus.
Take a lettuce leaf and lay it flat. Top with a slice of chicken.
Spread a quarter of the carrot and hummus mixture on top of the chicken.
Tuck in the sides of the lettuce leaf and roll up into a wrap. Leave whole, cut in half, or into small ‘pinwheel’ shapes as shown in the photo.
