Pure Family Food is delighted to be supporting the work of Allergy UK by developing and sharing a special recipe each month for the charity’s new-look website.  Each of the seasonal recipes will be free from the 14 EU food allergens and offer a healthy, easy and affordable option.

Allergy UK is dedicated to supporting people with allergies, and its website offers a wealth of information and resources. Kerry Fletcher, Head of Engagement for Allergy UK comments “Food allergies have such a huge impact on family life and we know that cooking for an allergic family member can be challenging, that is why we are really pleased to be able to add Katie’s recipes to our bank of resources, it also helps that everything she creates looks delicious!”

Katie Baverstock-Hunt, founder of Pure Family Foods comments “Allergy UK has been an incredibly helpful resource to us, as we have several different allergies within our family.  By developing recipes specifically for Allergy UK, I hope to provide some ideas and inspiration to anyone looking for naturally allergy-free options.”

www.PureFamilyFood.com is a free membership website where Katie develops recipes using ingredients that naturally exclude 14 EU-listed allergens. The recipes can help anyone on a specialist diet for health or lifestyle reasons, by focusing on fresh ingredients with little processing.  Katie founded Pure Family Food to help others in the position that she found herself in as a working mother, trying to manage her young daughter’s multiple protein allergies and sensitive digestive system. Katie provides business consultancy, recipe development and food styling for a variety of companies.
