Start the day with a boost with this little pot of wonder! You don’t need to go to the depths of the Amazon rain forest to get super foods. Apples, oats and blueberries contain a range of macro- and micro-nutrients in addition to several antioxidants including a good portion or calcium and iron. And with all this whole, natural fruit, there is absolutely no added sugar. Take a look at your cereal packet ingredients, and you may be surprised that even healthy-looking options can contain a hefty dose of added sugar. Great for breakfast, delicious as a post-workout or after-school snack.
