Back to school – and we’ve teamed up with Free From Heaven magazine. The September/October issue is out now, and has an essential guide from Allergy UK for all the practical considerations you need if your child has allergies and is starting school. I was tasked with creating allergy-free lunchbox ideas on p66.
Packed lunches can sometimes be a bit repetitive, even without having to take allergies into consideration. So I’ve come up with a different idea for every day of the week, by taking inspiration from our travels over the years. And you’ll be pleased to hear that everything was available from the standard supermarket aisles – no expensive specialist ingredients required. I’ve always found that something-on-a-stick is always so much more appetising – think childhood parties and cheese and pineapple cocktail sticks here!
