big oats are better than instant, but not essential

ground flax seed
or chia seeds

dairy-free milk
unsweetened, to keep sugar content down

apple juice

apples
grated, skin-on

blueberries
Instructions
Mix everything except the blueberries together in a large bowl and then split into 4 separate pots or bowls. Top with the blueberries and leave overnight in the fridge, or for at least 1 hour before eating.
Keeps well for up to 3 days in the fridge.
