  1. Heat the oven to 180C fan.

    Mix the lemon juice with the milk. Tip all the ingredients into the bowl of a food processor and mix until it comes together.

  2. Generously dust the worktop and roll out the dough until about the thickness of a £1 coin.

  3. Cut into strips and place in the ovenon a tray lined with a sheet of silicone-lined baking paper. Bake for about 20 minutes, turning to brown evenly.

  4. Store in an airtight container. They can be crisped up in a hot oven for 5 minutes if required.
